HRMA reserves the right to refuse any advertisement. Prices are subject to change anytime. The HRMA Board reserves the right to amend or otherwise modify its policy on advertisements and sponsorships without prior notice. The Sponsorship Committee, the Communications VP, and/or the HRMA Board determine appropriateness of advertisements for dissemination to our membership. Payment for disapproved advertisements will be returned. Sorry, but ad copy/disk cannot be returned.

HRMA respects the privacy of our members and guests, and does not sell or rent labels or email addresses. At the discretion of the Board, HRMA may provide to Co-sponsors of events a single set of our membership mailing labels limited to use in the co-sponsored event.
