Program Description:
Consumerism is a broader initiative than account-based high-deductible health plans. We will discuss the findings from the 2007 Mercer Survey of Employer Sponsored Plans regarding Consumerism and outline the components of a successful Consumerism Strategy.
Attendees will learn the differences between the various account-based plans, as well as the difference in CDH health benefit programs. We will look at case studies that display the different degrees of Consumerism other companies have initiated.
